What we collect
When you join the list we collect your email address and, where present, marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) from the link you arrived on. If you order a Founder Coffee Kit, payment and shipping details are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your email solely to send CoolDrip launch and product updates, and attribution data to understand which channels bring visitors. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Emails are stored with our email service provider; order, payment, and shipping records are stored with Stripe. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@cooldrip.coffee.
